Have you noticed Facebook is covered with the “Gratitude of the Day” posts? It’s great to see during the month of November those things people are grateful for in their lives. Now more than ever, a little gratitude and positive attitude can go a long way.
Instead of posting my gratitude thought of the day each and every day, I compiled a journal of my daily gratitude throughout the month. I literally wrote one thought of gratitude each night before I went to sleep. It was actually hard to keep it to one per day!
Here’s my Thanksgiving list of “gratitude” beginning November 1st…
I’m grateful for:
My next Working Mom Interview released November 1st.
A walk around the block with my little boo.
A dinner with my family without meltdowns and a minimal rice mess!
 Being employed.
Watching the kids play and listening to their laughter.
Dancing like a crazy fool with the kids.
Another birthday year! Happy Birthday to me on November 7th!
The wonderful teachers and caregivers who love, teach and nurture my babies while I am at work.
My hubby who works so hard and makes me laugh.
Be Positive Mom™ and the inspiring moms & dads I’ve connected with from all over the world.
A day away from the office to spend with my son.
Watching my kids run across the grass.
A sweet memory of loved a one lost.
Bagel morning at work when I forgot to eat breakfast.
Dinner with my friend… Mom’s Night Out and the seat warmer in her car! Really, I’m grateful for the friends in my life who I love.
Morning coffee when the house is quiet and everyone is asleep. Throw in a book to read and I am being grateful!
My little guy’s 5th birthday! Our life changed when he came into our world…
For doctors who care for our babies and help guide us as we take care of their health.
A Dinosaur Birthday party with friends and family… a great day!
 A good gut laugh!
My favorite Mexican Food once in a while.. and yes, with a beer!
Time to write about being a working mom.
 A short work week!
Thanksgiving Day and my special friend who also celebrates her birthday on this day!
I decided to keep the daily gratitude going because I find that it’s an excellent way to acknowledge the positive thoughts at the end of the day, each and every day.
